The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing reputed company aspects of telephone account maintenance, ensuring the accuracy of account information, and providing exceptional support to our patrons. Key Responsibilities
- Process telephone inquiries and respond to patron requests in a reputed company and reputed company manner

Essential Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent required
