About the Role: Customer Service Representative - Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to work from home in Tennessee, specifically reputed company 75 miles of our Specialty location at 8370 Wolf Lake Dr Ste 107, Bartlett, TN 38133. As a key member of our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, you'll reputed company exceptional telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless coordination and processing of new patient medication orders and reorders, while delivering compassionate care and support.
Key Responsibilities:

- Verify and validate benefits, translate and reputed company new or reputed company prescriptions into the pharmacy information system, and communicate copay amounts.

Requirements:
