As a Customer Contact Center Representative - Student Loan Advisor, you'll play a critical role in supporting reputed company with their loan inquiries, providing detailed information, and resolving emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing reputed company technology such as telephone, email, and web browser to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is an in-center position with the possibility to work from home after 90 days, provided you meet attendance, performance, and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, and resolving emerging problems.

- Assist callers with filling out applications and submitting them electronically to plan providers for processing.

Schedule
We're looking for candidates who can work a set schedule, Monday through Friday:
- Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
- Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
- Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
- Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
- Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM.
- Experience working with a personal computer and the reputed company operating system.
- Strong computer skills with proficiencies in reputed company and Word.
- Excellent reputed company of the English language, effective use of grammar skills.
- Great customer service skills, with the ability to personalize calls, be competent with information and assistance, patient and polite, and initiative-taking in offering solutions and assistance.
