As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will handle incoming customer phone calls, providing accurate information and solutions while adhering to company policies and procedures, as reputed company as reputed company reputed company Commission (PUC) rules and regulations. This role requires a proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and maintain a strict schedule. You will be trained to handle various calls, including gas emergencies and electric outages, new service applications, billing requests, and credit and collections inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls in a reputed company and reputed company manner, following company-provided procedures and ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Demonstrate an understanding of policies and procedures to respond to customer calls, striving for a reduction in the need for supervisor callbacks.
- Participate in voluntary and mandatory training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Assist with floor training and/or shadowing opportunities reputed company needed to support team members.
- Complete special assignments as needed in a reputed company manner, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Maintain responsible time and attendance, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, with strong computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with reputed company CRM and ECC systems.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive starting reputed company of $19.00 per hour, with incentives up to $500 after successful completion of training and $500 after 3 months of independent call-taking. Once fully trained and independently call-taking, Customer Care Representatives are eligible for additional incentives up to $250 per month for achieving or exceeding reputed company scorecard metrics.
