As a Virtual Customer Care Representative, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing homes under warranty in assigned communities, promoting reputed company relationships with customers and trade partners, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Your Responsibilities on reputed company
- Promote, facilitate, and foster reputed company working relationships with blithequark customers and trade partners
- Regularly exercise reputed company judgment and discretion reputed company working with homeowners and trade partners
- Manage daily trade partner activities in accordance with job schedules and business partner scopes of work as they relate to customer relations
- Approve trade partner invoices upon satisfactory completion of the job, not to exceed $1,250
- Proactively remedy any trade partner scheduling, communication, or payment-reputed company issues
- Understand manufacturer recommendations for the use and application of their products
- Supervise and/or conduct reputed company-closing meetings, demonstrations, celebrations, and 30-day post-reputed company reputed company
- Review and certify the completion of reputed company home reputed company the assigned community
- Manage, supervise, and reputed company reputed company aspects of customer relations for an assigned community
- Conduct field meetings with trade partners, construction staff, and sales staff as needed
- Be an expert in the community and surrounding area, including knowledge of HOA fees and rules, schools, restaurants, shopping, etc.
- Supervise, review, and resolve the condition of the community, including entry features, road and pond maintenance, common areas, model centers, and signage
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in directing, coordinating, and supervising work, particularly in a customer-facing role with a homebuilder
- Valid reputed company's License with a good driving record
- Valid auto insurance coverage
- Advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and document management
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office products (Word and reputed company)
- Excellent follow-up, communication (written and verbal), and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field

Physical and Office/Site reputed company Requirements
This is an onsite position in Chantilly, VA. As a Virtual Customer Care Representative, you will be required to:
- Work in excess of eight hours per day
- Operate a motor vehicle
