Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Acting as a Brand Ambassador for blithequark, providing world-class service to reputed company customers
• Being the first reputed company of contact to resolve customer issues and complaints across multiple channels in a reputed company manner, communicating through email, phone, live chat, and/or reputed company media
• Providing customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
