About the Role: Customer Service Representative - Remote
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at blithequark, working remotely from Michigan. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our members, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily member telephone calls, providing accurate and helpful information, directing members to the reputed company services needed, and resolving issues reputed company.

- Problem-solve and create linkages to the Medical Management Department for authorization of services, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless care.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Required Qualifications:- A High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
- At least one (1) year of experience in a customer service reputed company role, with reputed company contact with customers reputed company telephone, email, chat, and/or face-to-face.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- One (1) year of experience in a physician health care office environment or high-volume call center, preferably in a health care or insurance setting.
- Knowledge and experience with HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care functions, which will be considered a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with health care operations and insurance principles, demonstrating an understanding of the industry and its complexities.
