Patient Account Representative-Special Self Pay

Job Family: Patient Account Representative Travel Required: None Clearance Required: None What You Will Do:

• The Patient Account Representative will review reputed company patient account in order to determine whether there are any corrective opportunities present before bad debt.
• This process may require the Representative to confirm applicable insurance coverage or contact the Patient for reputed company information
• If corrective reputed company is required, the Patient Account Representative will take the appropriate reputed company and note the account
• Physician Billing and/ or Hospital patient account review
• Use of IDX software daily
• The representative will work independently with a reputed company of duties with minimal supervision.
• Other duties may be performed

• 0-2 years of prior relevant experience; some roles may require vocational or technical education
