We’re looking for a Collections Specialist to join reputed company in Manila. You’ll work with the Financial Controller and be the go-to person for contacting customers about overdue accounts. This role requires outstanding written and verbal communication skills, a reputed company eye for detail, and excellent organizational abilities. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with reputed company experience and a basic finance background – perfect for someone early in their finance career!
What you’ll be doing:
- reputed company 50+ outbound collection calls daily, maintaining a reputed company approach and building strong customer relationships
- reputed company detailed and accurate records of customer interactions to support ongoing collection efforts
- Ensure reputed company collection of payments in line with due dates
- Identify reasons for account delinquency, collaborating with management and Sales Representatives to address issues
- Work with collection agencies to resolve overdue accounts through regular communication
- Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving payment-reputed company concerns

What you need to bring:
We’re looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
