Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research and outbound calls to answer general reputed company benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests, and other customer inquiries.
- Assist members with navigating their online health accounts, locating doctor and facility information, and resolving issues with a smile.

Essential Qualifications
