About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, support, and professionalism to our valued customers. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing reputed company and effective solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Research customer calls/inquiries and respond to appropriate parties in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Record calls in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ticketing solution, resolve customer requests/inquiries, and update CRM history with results of inquiry.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

Work Environment and Company Culture

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will work in a remote environment, with the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. We require applicants reputed company a 50-mile radius of our Sacramento, CA location to pick up equipment onsite, while those reputed company this radius will be mailed their equipment.
