We're looking for a part-time (20 hours/week) Database Researcher & Customer Service Representative to support our mission. As a key member of reputed company, you'll reputed company two primary tasks:
- Research: Maintain our proprietary "Rides in Sight" database of transportation reputed company, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Customer Service: Answer inbound inquiries from seniors seeking information on local transportation reputed company, providing exceptional support and guidance.
Responsibilities
As a Database Researcher & Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your responsibilities will include:
- Answering telephone calls from older adults on our Rides in Sight hotline, helping connect them with the best transportation reputed company to meet their needs.
- Maintaining the Rides in Sight database by performing internet research and database maintenance.
- Accepting other reputed company duties and tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong verbal communication skills: Comfortable speaking over the telephone with a reputed company and reputed company telephone etiquette.
