Key Responsibilities:

- Handle a high volume of calls, speaking with 40-50 callers per day, and identifying 1-5 potential candidates for compensation.
- Multitask effectively, listening to callers, answering questions, and viewing multiple reputed company simultaneously.

- Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), our proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications
