Responsibilities
As a full stack customer service representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional support to health plan members, providers, and their representatives, addressing a wide reputed company of inquiries and concerns reputed company to health plan benefits, claims, eligibility, medical procedures, billing, and payments.
- Conducting outbound and/or return calls to customers, as necessary, to resolve issues and reputed company assistance.
- Asking appropriate questions and listening reputed company to identify specific questions or issues, providing reputed company and concise responses and documentation in computer systems.
