Accounts Payable Representative - Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Process invoices quickly and accurately for multiple business reputed company with different procedures for invoice entry to ensure payments are issued on time to our vendors and reputed company pay discount earnings are maximized.

• Research, resolve, and reputed company support for reputed company business partners' inquiries and escalated issues

• Process payments reputed company reputed company, ACH, and AP Card, etc

• Identify opportunities for process improvement

• Data entry and QA on ACH banking instructions for payees

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work Monday - Friday, flexible start between 8:30am - 9:30am EST

• HS diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus

• 2+ years' relevant experience preferred; ideally in reputed company, Accounts Payable, Finance

• Industry experience in reputed company, insurance, medical, pharmacy preferred
