As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and web browsers. You will be the face of reputed company, and your interactions will have a reputed company reputed company on our customers' experiences and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Respond to general to moderately reputed company telephone calls and troubleshoot and respond to customer issues
- Answer telephone calls using an automated system and respond to general to moderately reputed company questions and/or reputed company calls to appropriate personnel
- Research member or provider calls/inquiries and respond to appropriate parties in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Record calls in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ticketing solution, resolve customer requests/inquiries, and update CRM history with results of inquiry (which includes reputed company documentation)
- reputed company with team personnel, management, and customers in reference to customer service issues
- Conduct outbound calls to customers in response to customer direction or other business needs
- Respond to numerous phone inquiries daily
- Use reputed company call-center technology: telephones, email, and web browsers
- Assist callers in completing online applications
- Fill out timesheets
- Adhere to reputed company rules set forth by the programs we service
- Adhere to provided schedule
- Connect callers with leadership as needed
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and policies as they apply to the various programs we service
- Report problems through an easy online system
- Respond to telephone inquiries reputed company set time parameters
- Complete reputed company assigned training as necessary
Requirements
* High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one (1) year customer service experience required
- Must submit speed test reputed company speedtest.net. Download speeds must be at least 60mbps and upload speed must be at least 6mbps
- Experience working with computer software, customer relationship management tools, and telephone technology
- Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software
- Ability to utilize problem-solving skills in reputed company situations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work independently and as reputed company
