As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that patients and families receive the support and information they need to navigate the reputed company system. You'll be responsible for answering inbound calls, gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information, and collaborating with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient. Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and occasionally reputed company outbound calls to assist with medically reputed company inquiries

Requirements

* 1 year or more of recent call center experience (no exceptions)

• Ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of reputed company-10pm CST, Monday-Saturday
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
