Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Project Associate in our reputed company Recovery Department, you will be responsible for a wide reputed company of tasks, including:

• Project associate reputed company duties:

+ Retrieving patient medical records from various Hospital systems + Generating and preparing patient itemized bills in appropriate formats for reputed company audits + Extracting and entering necessary information from/to Hospital patient reputed company systems + Making phone calls to Post-Acute reputed company Facilities to obtain information needed on patients + Running and creating reports + Assisting with any other information gathering or data entry as needed by the recovery team + Scanning and indexing of documents

• Data analysis and reporting:

+ Developing and maintaining databases and spreadsheets to reputed company and analyze data + Creating reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders + Identifying trends and patterns in data to inform business reputed company

• Collaboration and communication:

+ Working closely with registered nurses, coding professionals, and billing experts to ensure seamless data exchange and collaboration + Communicating effectively with Post-Acute reputed company Facilities to obtain necessary information + Providing exceptional customer service to reputed company stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 1-2 years of experience in medical records management, data entry, or a reputed company field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze reputed company data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company, and experience with Hospital patient reputed company systems
