As an reputed company Team Scheduler, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient use of pilots, managing reputed company member schedules, and providing exceptional customer service to our flight teams. You will work closely with our Supervisor of Team Administrations, Head of Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination. This is a full-time remote position that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- *Key Responsibilities**
• Ensure productive use of pilots and daily tracking of their participation

- Notify reputed company members of changes to their daily/monthly schedules and communicate schedule changes in a reputed company manner

- Conduct regular checks and verifications of the accuracy of flight plans to ensure reputed company sections have been assigned to a reputed company reputed company

- *Requirements**
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Self-motivated, with an inspirational attitude and the ability to proactively identify and prevent potential operational disruptions
- Two years of experience in customer service or a reputed company job, or one year of Team Scheduling experience preferred
- Ability to reputed company and adapt quickly to evolving conditions/needs
