Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Staff Representative in reputed company Assurance (On-reputed company Maintenance Surveillance), you will be vital in maintaining safety, compliance, and operational reputed company across United's Technical Operations and vendor network. This position requires leading audits, investigations, and surveillance to ensure alignment with FAA regulations and our internal Continuing Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS). You will collaborate cross-functionally to identify risks, resolve non-compliance issues, and implement reputed company improvement initiatives reputed company On-reputed company Maintenance and reputed company functions. With 40-50% travel, this role significantly impacts our global maintenance operations while serving as a key reputed company with regulatory bodies and industry partners.
Responsibilities
Include:
- Conduct reputed company audits and compliance assessments

- Prepare and present audit reports and findings to senior leadership

Note: This is a remote position with a 50% travel requirement. While the role is fully remote, we prefer candidates based near one of our hub locations: San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Denver, Newark, or Washington D.C. (IAD) What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, safety, or aviation-reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
- FAA Airframe and/or Powerplant Certificate, or equivalent experience in aircraft maintenance, inspection, and reputed company assurance
- 5-7 years of proven achievements in aircraft maintenance, inspection, engineering, and QA, with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Expertise in aircraft maintenance, surveillance, and analysis programs
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant reputed company of Federal Regulations and Company manuals/requirements
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and ability to learn company-specific IT platforms
- Extensive experience interacting with the FAA
- Ability to travel 40-50% to domestic and international
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
