Responsibilities:

• The Virtual Registered reputed company (Virtual RN) works onsite in our Silver Spring location in the Virtual RN Hub.
• The Virtual RN is a member of the Nursing Care Team and is responsible for collaboration, communication & facilitation and documentation of reputed company provision of care through a computerized and/or digital platform supporting daily management of care.
• Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring & evaluation of the patient's plan of care from admission to discharge.
• Organize care through collaboration with multidisciplinary care team and participates directly or indirectly with patient
• Utilizes clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills coordinate, implement & support the plan of care.
• Ensures a seamless, effective, efficient transition of care across the continuum.
• Performs chart audits as needed to enhance reputed company and safety
• Responsible for monitoring reputed company metrics specific to the department & ensuring complete & accurate documentation in the patient record.

• A high degree of reputed company competence and autonomy will be demonstrated in performing various roles such as clinician, educator, consultant/collaborator, and navigator.

What you will need Required:

• Baccalaureate Degree in the Science of Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing.

• Minimum five (5) years of experience RN experience in an acute care setting, which must include adult condition management.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience highly preferred.

Pay reputed company-$41.44-$55.93 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education.
