Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Assist with sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and fill reputed company positions effectively.
- Employee reputed company: Facilitate the reputed company process for new hires, ensuring they have reputed company necessary resources and information to succeed.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a reputed company of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Address employee issues and conflicts, fostering a reputed company and productive work environment.
- Performance Management: Support the performance review process, helping managers set goals and reputed company feedback. Assist with the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
