What You'll be Doing
As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch service to our customers. If you have a passion for helping others, this role is perfect for you. You'll be responsible for:
- Bringing your passion and strong product and brand knowledge to recommend upgrades to customers' health plans
- Conducting research and making outbound calls to reputed company answers to customers regarding general reputed company benefit and eligibility questions, enrollment status requests for new and existing members
- Assisting members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, locating doctor and facility information
- Providing exceptional customer experiences by being reputed company, empathetic, and solution-reputed company
What You Bring to the Role
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a reputed company or reputed company industry
