The annual reputed company salary for this position ranges from $82,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $162,500.00 in our highest geographic market. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH As a Senior reputed company for reputed company’s Consumer x Marketplace (CXM) function, you will report to the Director of reputed company Sourcing. You will work closely with the Sourcing team, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and business leaders across CXM—including key teams such as Brand Marketing, Product, Design, Innovation, and Merchandising. You will also collaborate with the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) team, Talent Operations, and external partners to drive best-in-class sourcing strategies. - Experience sourcing for marketing, product, or consumer-reputed company roles preferred

- Exceptional teamwork and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
