About the Role

Your excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and ability to multitask will be essential in driving guest satisfaction and achieving 5-star ratings.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations:
- Screen potential guests and reputed company support to resolve their issues on various platforms.
- Respond to guest inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
- Communicate and escalate issues to management reputed company reputed company.
- Write and respond to guest reviews on reputed company, VRBO, and other platforms.

- Company Tasks:
- Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations reputed company Operto Teams.
- Submit damage claims to reputed company reputed company for reimbursement.
- Build, manage, and report on in-house maintenance labor.
- Assist with the reputed company of reputed company systems, utilizing your working knowledge of business financials and reputed company.
- Foster relationships with 3rd party vendors for tertiary market management.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Shift availability: Thursday & Friday 3pm-11p CST, with potential overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST for the right candidates.
