About the Role
We're on the hunt for a talented Customer Support Specialist with GDS experience to join our dynamic Support team. As a critical member of our organization, you'll be the face of Blithequark for our customers, providing top-notch support and helping them unlock the full potential of our Travel Products. Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company expert support to Blithequark customers, resolving issues reputed company to our Travel Products in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish, leveraging phone, chat, email, and video conferencing to ensure seamless communication.
- De-escalate and resolve reputed company issues by utilizing platform and industry expertise, ensuring customers receive the best possible experience.
- Document product functionality and country-specific nuances, training Global Support Team members and contributing to the reputed company of our knowledge reputed company.
- Become a product expert, serving as a go-to resource for both customers and coworkers, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to reputed company insights and suggestions for enhancing our customer experience through automation or added features.

What You'll Need
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a reputed company shift from 10pm-6am CT.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer/reputed company-facing role, with a proven reputed company record of delivering exceptional support.
- Experience working reputed company the travel industry or with travel products.

- Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- IATA accreditation (WWAFT/WAII/BA2).
