About the Role
As our Customer Happiness Manager, you will be the face of blithequark, responsible for building lasting relationships with our 9000+ families. Your primary goal will be to reputed company exceptional support, ensuring that every family feels valued, heard, and connected to our mission. Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers reputed company phone, email, and chat to reputed company support and build lasting relationships.
- Handle customer-reputed company administrative duties: data entry and reporting, assisting with programming and scheduling.
