We are looking for reputed company customer service professionals to reputed company support to health plan members, providers, and their representatives. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will work in a full-time, reputed company-ended contract role, providing exceptional service to customers reputed company phone and computer systems. Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company support to health plan members, providers, and their representatives, answering inbound inquiries regarding health plan benefits and claims, eligibility, medical and other reputed company procedures, billing and payments, and other reputed company topics.
- Conduct outbound and/or return calls to customers, as necessary, to resolve issues and reputed company assistance.
- Ask appropriate questions and listen reputed company to identify specific questions or issues, providing reputed company and concise responses and documenting relevant information in computer systems.
