As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers who have accrued reward points to purchase products or book travel. Your primary goal will be to reputed company exceptional customer service, resolve issues reputed company, and ensure a reputed company experience for our clients' customers. This is a unique opportunity to work in a reputed company environment, where you will have the authority to assist customers with tracking shipments, cancelling orders, refunding reward points, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from customers who have questions or concerns about their reward points, shipments, or travel bookings

- Assist customers with tracking shipments, cancelling orders, refunding reward points, and addressing damaged shipments
- Help customers navigate the website to purchase products or book travel using their accumulated points
- Book flights, car rentals, activities, and cruises for customers using their reward points
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences and reputed company team goals
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma (HSD) or General Educational Development (GED) certificate, which must be listed on your resume
- At least 6 months of customer service experience in a call center environment
- Exceptional phone and communication skills, with the ability to effectively reputed company with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
