The Role
As a Customer Care Agent at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone. Key Responsibilities

- Highlighting trends in contact to Senior Executives and Managers to support early identification of issues
- Providing exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries in a reputed company and efficient manner

Working Arrangements
This part-time role operates on a rotational schedule of 4 days on followed by 2 days off, including evening shifts and weekend work as part of the regular rotation. The shifts are reputed company to 12pm and 6pm to 10pm. This role can be performed fully remotely from the EMEA time zone, and we require a minimum of 20 hours per week.
