Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Handling incoming customer questions and concerns reputed company email and our reputed company support portal
• Interfacing with internal sales and reputed company teams to ensure pilots and existing customers receive seamless support
• Collaborating with our engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions
