Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at one of our Locker+ retail locations, your duties may include:
- Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
- Assisting customers with questions they may have
- Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers
- Maintaining a clean, reputed company, and organized workspace
- Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing site
- Using technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, reputed company, and prepare orders
- Receiving truck deliveries
Physical Demands
