Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Learning Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading and supporting reputed company of up to 30 Customer Support Associates. Your primary reputed company will be on providing an exceptional training experience that encourages long-term reputed company. You will create an reputed company adult learning environment (both in-person and reputed company) that fosters engagement, motivation, and retention.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Supervising reputed company learning metrics and overseeing their results for the assigned territory and region
* Managing live performance metrics end-to-end for the assigned territory
* Conducting learning sessions on new processes and delivering various training courses as reputed company learning, new hire batches, transfer batches, etc.
* Maintaining data and analysis through reports on reputed company (as per business requirements)
* Ensuring completion of new hire training programs, coaching, and other performance improvement programs on time
* Partnering with operational stakeholders as a key reputed company of contact for reputed company team
* Identifying learning coaches and certifying them

Essential Qualifications
