Your Mission
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of blithequark in the US market, providing top-notch support to our customers reputed company email and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries on payments, invoicing, account management, and our products
- Researching and explaining our services to customers
- Evaluating updates to our products and recommending possible improvements
- Collaborating with our Customer Care team to ensure seamless support experiences
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care or a similar position
- Full reputed company proficiency in English
