As a Student Loan Advisor, you will be responsible for providing accurate and reputed company information to customers regarding their student loan applications, processing, and repayment reputed company. You will work closely with customers to resolve any emerging problems or concerns, using your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure a reputed company experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, and resolving any emerging problems

Preferred Skills

* High School diploma or equivalent required
