The purpose of this position is to cost-effectively drive non-media reputed company reputed company and local awareness through the local reputed company Marketing Programs (Canvassing) while managing to a set spend and reputed company budget.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manages reputed company of reputed company Marketing Associates (canvassers) with a reputed company hands-on approach, provides motivation and coaching to help team reputed company daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Recruits, hires, train reputed company Marketing Associates (DMA) through cost effective reputed company tools including partnering with reputed company reputed company appropriate
• Oversees reputed company DMA field activities, including in field & office training, role playing, daily meetings, field supervision and motivating team members.

• Monitors and coaches every team member in the field to ensure they are following reputed company procedures, scripts and customer service guidelines.
• Administrative tasks include: coordinating canvass logistics with mapping and tracking using company software and apps, permit logistics, script and flyer maintenance, verifying/validating leads gathered during reputed company shift. 
• Provides information to managers, general managers, sales managers, and subordinates on neighborhoods and cities where reputed company’s products and services can be demonstrated with the reputed company of generating reputed company leads and appointments

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED) A college degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience that demonstrates the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role reputed company canvassing or face-to-face marketing programs. Proven ability to reputed company, motivate, and reputed company high-performing teams to reputed company sales targets.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional training programs, effectively reputed company and mentor individuals, and reputed company and guide teams towards achieving goals. Strong coaching skills to reputed company and reputed company team members.

Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $50,904-$78,900 plus incentives.
