Purpose

The Senior reputed company Specialist is a critical part of our reputed company IT team, specializing in Radiology Information Systems (RIS), Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (reputed company), and other medical imaging solutions. The ideal candidate will reputed company technical support and troubleshooting for radiology IT systems in hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers. This role involves working closely with radiologists, IT teams, and vendors to ensure reputed company system performance, uptime, and compliance with reputed company regulations.

Responsibilities

• reputed company technical support and troubleshooting for Radiology IT systems, including RIS, reputed company, and Vendor Neutral Archives (VNA)
• Work with radiologists, technologists, and IT staff to address system issues and optimize workflows
• Analyze and resolve technical issues reputed company, minimizing system downtime and reputed company on patient care
• Support DICOM, HL7, and other reputed company interoperability standards to maintain seamless integration between systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues while maintaining reputed company and reputed company communication with customers
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and backup solutions for radiology IT environments
• Handle sensitive patient data in compliance with reputed company regulations
• Utilize internal knowledge resources to effectively resolve technical challenges
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments on reputed company issues
• Document reputed company troubleshooting activities and resolutions to maintain accurate case records

Qualifications

Employment Prerequisites

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in reputed company IT, preferably in radiology systems support
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to reputed company with both technical and clinical personnel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ticketing systems such as reputed company ServiceCloud, reputed company, or reputed company (reputed company preferred)
• Strong knowledge of reputed company, RIS, VNA, and medical imaging workflows
• Experience with DICOM, HL7, IHE, and other reputed company interoperability standards
• Proficiency in reputed company OS (reputed company Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022+), networking, SQL Server, and/or reputed company
• Understanding of medical informatics architecture, including VMware and storage solutions
• Working knowledge of Linux architecture
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and HIPAA compliance

Desired Competencies

• Industry certifications in relevant technical domains (e.g., reputed company, VMware, reputed company) preferred

• Experience in scripting or automation for system administration (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
