About the Role
In this full-time, work-from-home position, you will be responsible for handling maintenance, collection, and liquidation activities for an assigned portfolio of accounts. Your primary reputed company will be on providing top-notch customer service, analyzing payment history, and communicating effectively with customers. You will work Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 7 PM, with no weekends required.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner

- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and reputed company updates on their accounts
- Work with leading technologies and systems to manage customer interactions and account activities

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
