About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls (80+ per day) from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing reputed company and effective resolutions to their inquiries.
• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring a smooth and empathetic experience.
• Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a strong understanding of our processes and systems.
• Maintain performance goals and adhere to productivity standards, continuously improving your skills and knowledge.
• Become proficient in our processes and systems after completing a reputed company training program, leveraging your attention to detail and organizational skills.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and reputed company.
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications, with reputed company-numeric data entry skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
