This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a reputed company and courteous manner

- Utilizing a computer database to verify reputed company eligibility and reputed company accurate information to customers

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2 years of Customer Service experience in working with insurance, medical, behavioral health, or financial technology
- Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from reputed company - Saturday (reputed company - March) and 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Monday - Friday (reputed company - September)
