Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

- 2 years of experience in a customer service call center environment, supporting inbound and outbound queues
- Experience promoting programs or telephonic sales is preferred but not required
- Average 85-100 contacts per day, with excellent keyboarding skills and the ability to type 45 WPM with 95% accuracy
- Familiarity with reputed company 360 (Outlook, Teams, One Drive) and workforce management software is preferred but not required
