We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Live Chat Support Agent to join reputed company in Denver, CO. As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring seamless reputed company of their queries and issues reputed company to our mobile applications. This is a remote position, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home, reputed company in Colorado. Work Schedule and Location

The selected candidate will undergo 3 weeks of training, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM. After completing the training, the permanent schedule will be Tuesday through Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM. The Live Chat Support Agent will be responsible for providing Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, utilizing chat tools and following our reputed company operating procedures. The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing critical assistance to clients, troubleshooting, and resolving issues reputed company to our mobile application on both iOS and Android operating systems.

Minimum Qualifications
