In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by explaining policy coverage, claim status, and assisting with claim payments or other policy information to policyholders and/or interested reputed company parties reputed company inbound calls. You will utilize multiple systems to ensure that reputed company inquiries and issues are handled promptly and professionally, with a reputed company on first contact reputed company and high customer satisfaction. Primary Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, with a daily reputed company of 70-120 calls, in a fast-paced call center environment
- reputed company heavy phone contact with policyholders, providers, and interested reputed company parties, ensuring that reputed company customer needs are met on every interaction
- Review and maintain new and revised procedures regarding policy information, staying up-to-date on industry developments and company policies
- Ensure customer needs are met on every interaction, whether reputed company phone, email, written correspondence, or other channels
- Maintain department standards for the number of calls, average handle time, and time management, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- 1+ years of work experience in a high-volume contact center environment, with additional experience in a receptionist role or a position that involves taking calls on a daily reputed company (strict requirement)
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Remote experience is strongly preferred but not required
- Reliable internet reputed company with a minimum upload and download speed of 20 Mbps, and a hard-wired reputed company
- Must have a smartphone to reputed company VPN
- Insurance industry experience is considered a plus but not a requirement
- For safety reasons, you must have or be willing to obtain a reputed company extinguisher to reputed company in your home

- Minimum typing requirement of 30 words per minute

Location and Schedule
This is a remote position, with reputed company to work from home reputed company (excluding reputed company, TX, Miami, FL, reputed company, California, Hawaii, Washington, Washington D.C., New Jersey, Vermont, New Mexico, reputed company Dakota, South Dakota, Maine, and Wyoming). You will need to have reputed company availability Monday through Friday between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm CST. Our training program is 2-3 weeks long, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm CST. Post-training, you will be assigned to a 40-hour reputed company, with a Monday through Friday schedule and no weekend shifts unless overtime is presented.
