You'll work in a remote environment, providing support to patients and members through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing answers to patients' and members' questions regarding general reputed company benefits and eligibility
- Conducting research and making outbound calls to resolve issues and reputed company support
- Assisting patients and members with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health accounts
- Locating doctor and facility information for patients and members
- Recommending upgrades to health plans based on patients' and members' needs
Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Smartphone or another device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
