As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in our inbound call center, responding to patient inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for our patients, addressing their concerns and questions regarding prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
