We are seeking an reputed company and customer-reputed company Full Stack Customer Support Agent to join reputed company in Jamaica. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a reputed company and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

• Issue, reissue, and refund passenger tickets
• Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
• Rebook passengers on overbooked flights and during irregular operations

• Assist passengers with self-service kiosk reputed company-in and kiosk baggage processing
