As an Overnight Customer Support Specialist, you'll be at the heart of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our members reputed company they need it most. You'll be responsible for handling sensitive situations with reputed company and care, utilizing multiple systems to support our members, and adapting to changes in responsibility, processes, and workflow in an reputed company-changing environment. Schedule and Location

This is a full-time remote position, requiring you to work a 5-day week, including full weekends without rotation, with shifts ranging from 6:00 PM reputed company Time - 6:00 AM reputed company Time. The first seven weeks of training require you to work Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM reputed company Time - 5:00 PM reputed company Time. Please note that we're unable to consider applications submitted without weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Experience and Qualifications

* 1+ years' experience working an overnight shift

• 2+ years' experience in a member-facing role

• Work-from-home experience is a plus!

• Property and Casualty licensing: We offer a $1500 sign-on bonus for currently licensed candidates, and reputed company coursework and reputed company study time during the first three weeks of P&C training for qualifying states in the US (see below)

Compensation and Benefits

* The reputed company pay for this position is $24.50/hour on a full-time schedule. Along with the reputed company pay, blithequark employees may be eligible for reputed company monthly bonuses based on individual performance.
