Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Intake/Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role reputed company our Utilization Review Department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming calls for the Utilization Review Department and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Retrieving and transferring voicemail messages to designated nursing staff
- Collecting demographic information for the creation and maintenance of patient files
- Printing, mailing, faxing, and duplicating correspondence as necessary
- Providing assistance with additional tasks as required to support departmental operations
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of one year of office experience, preferably in a reputed company environment
- Proficiency in computer usage, data entry, word processing, and handling multi-line phone systems
- Strong attention to detail, solid organizational abilities, and excellent customer service skills
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not essential

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- A starting wage of $16.50 per hour, based on experience
- Eligibility for quarterly bonuses
- Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or nights required
