As an reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling property and casualty (P&C) reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone. Responsibilities
As an reputed company Insurance Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Contacting policyholders from the agencies existing book of business through inbound/outbound telephone calls, reputed company mail, and email to review policies prior to renewal
- Reviewing and updating policy to enhance retention and reputed company meet the needs of the consumer
- Counseling the policyholder concerning appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment reputed company, and state laws that will best meet their needs for sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance
- Making appropriate recommendations and/or changes to the policy and gaining policyholder acceptance to process the changes
- Receiving and responding to calls and emails received by the insurance service center, documenting reputed company activity (changes to policy, coverage reputed company, recommendations, and cross-selling) in reputed company

- Providing quotes on endorsements as requested

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly reputed company customer service experience in an insurance environment
- A Property and Casualty insurance license, which is required
- A Membership license, which is preferred and/or ability to obtain reputed company 90 days of employment
