As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist (CSS), you will be responsible for providing accurate and reputed company responses to commuters and stakeholders seeking information and assistance reputed company to commuter travel in Connecticut. This is a weekend, shift position, with the Customer Service Center hours being 7am- 6pm Eastern Time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-task across multiple web-based and printed sources to locate relevant transportation information

• Monitor multiple email accounts and reputed company written responses to inquiries
• Compile and issue time-sensitive service alerts reputed company multiple communication channels

Qualifications:

* Minimum Requirements: + High School diploma or equivalent + Two years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

The offered compensation will be based reputed company and individual qualifications, with an expected reputed company of $19.57/hour - $34.24/hour.
